    Duck boat blinds, post-em up.

This is a good time of the year to get-em done before the season starts. Let's see yours.

Here's a couple of pics of one I built out of aluminum last year. Well, maybe more than a couple . Never got to use it during the season as my boat did not have power at that time last year. And still had lots of work to do to the boat.

Painted and adding backing material. Lower of the backing material has some 1/2" conduit to keep the bottom down.

Blind down and ready for travel on the water. Or throw the boat cover over it after loading on the trailer to take home.

7 foot beam will work very well. And add lots of comfort for shooters and non-shooters. Blind angle may be a little flatter. That should give a lower profile which is a good thing. I've got a 71" beam on this one. And would like to have had a wider one. But I only got a 86" gate opening into my back yard. And this was a good deal. I could go longer though, if I find one .
