Had a leaking facet in the M Bath tub. Took off all hardware to replace washer. The ( tile guy) tiled up to the stem on all sides. I had to use a dermal tool to make the hole big enough to fit a socked in to remove the stem.
I did get it done!
If I knew who the tile guy was I would have ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!
What happened to skilled labor? I did and managed industrial maintenance guys for over 30 yrs. If one of my guys, girls, did that, He or she would have been gone!

I know how you feel. A roofer left the metal panels on each side of the ridge 4 inches down on my parents roof. Needless to say it leaked. I pulled it off and fixed it but I had bad thoughts as I did it!

You should see what some of my employees do. It's like they try to mess stuff up sometimes.
