Did a little more priming and painting today. Just ordered new door gasket too.
This thing is in poor shape from setting under a carport in NE Louisianna for no one knows how many years. I tried some more bondo yesterday but it's become clear that I could sink another 15 hours into this paint job and probably not improve all that much.
That's why I shot the door and front trim yesterday as a test, wife approved so onward we go! I need to find some little fasteners to hold the chrome logo on, and I may have to add some stainless accent/band aids to a couple spots. Other than that and getting the new gasket on, it's just another coat of paint or two, polishing the inside chrome, and it's off to the back porch.

I have the panel that goes over it. Can't put it back on until the paint is done and I can put the chrome badge back on.
