I wish tonight was last night, and I'd prove you right!

I would hope 8-10k, but I really don't know. I guess it would be buyer specific. If be curious to know, if any real estate folks are readin this...
This was all about how much value we will get out of it, which will be a ton.

As far as under here goes, all I have left is countertops and gutters. I'm gonna try to work a deal with my countertop guy, so he may not be able to jump right on it. Plus I have to move my in laws from NE Louisianna to wise county in the next few weeks...so we'll see how that goes. Getting the yard put back together could take a while.

If you ever find yourself in these parts, I'll buy'em, pour'em, and keep the fire stoked as long as you care to partake!

We're gonna sand it down, polish it up, and re paint it. Blair wants to paint it turquoise....we'll see.
Either way it's going over there to the left.

I don't really want to restore an old classic like that, only to paint it turquoise....but I'm thinkin it might be an area to give a little. Choose your battles and all that. Besides, a little bright color in all this earth tone based project might also bring something "cool" to the mix. Now I'm thinkin turquoise and chrome, like an old '55 Chevy! That bout does it...
Ask your wife?? This seems up her alley, blue door and all that.Last edited by Dale Moser; 03-20-2016, 09:55 PM.

I like the original restoration but yeah pick your battles. I think you are on the right path with making it look like a 55 Chevy.
Will you be allowed to sticker it up? That's the real question [emoji52]
