help with diy t post puller

You can buy one at TSC for $40. Much safer and easier to use than a jack and chain.

Same minus chain I use an axle strap. Works pretty good.

Log, chain, pry bar. Chain the pry bar to the T-Post, and use the log to pivot on- pushing the pry bar down over the log so the chained in lifts the T-Post.
Hi lift Jack is the easiest way to go.

That puller is a good thing to have. If you dont go that route, an old tire rim, a long bar, and a piece of chain works great. Put bar over the rim as a fulcrum and pull em, out.

I usually stock up on bottle rockets and tape em to the t post, a lot more fun than these other so called safe ideas

Any Jack with chain if tye ground is dry. The puller is only good for one application versus a jack for many. If the ground is wet, you can pull the post out by hand.

You can't beat that puller for pulling t-posts. Literally 5 seconds to pull a post out the ground. And it's safe and cheap.

Agreed. Bought one of these to leave up at camp and it has been an invaluable tool on our lease....

If you are going to build one, copy it.
