Help me decide on ar-15 lower build

To buy a lower kit or to wait on a couple of buddies that said they might be able to piece together from previous builds? .... This is my first build and getting anxious... Going to be a truck/ suppressed hunting rifle in the future

If you have the cash just go ahead and buy a lower parts kit so you know everything is there. Nothing worse than trying to put your first one together and you're missing a pin or spring.

Spend money on a trigger, save on the rest where you can and put towards a good barrel and free float handguard

I bought a complete kit less lower from karri's. I love it although I will be replacing the trigger sometime down the road.

Ar15 lower parts kit

I have bought many things here and they are good people and ship the same day.
They also have a wide varity of triggers.

For your first build try to find a lower kit that has the parts in different bags that are coded. Some kits have all the springs one a bag etc. Then you have to figure out which is which. A kit like CMMG has everything in colored bags seperated by area of the lower. Makes it a little easier for your first build.

Hard to beat this for your first build. Then you can always upgrade the trigger later. I regret not going with a package like this. I wish I had the milspec stock and magpul parts.

Went with psa magpul ctr lower build kit with 16" mid length stainless freedom upper with bcg and ch..... Going to go cheap for my first build ... 552$
