Thanks. I actually bought the plaque with a kit from Whiskey River, but ended up using everything except the plaque on another project. So, I bought the styrofoam mount, adjustable skull cap, pleather, and felt separately online and at a local hobby store. The plaster was leftover from the kit.

Shed mounts usually look a little off
But are you saying the sheds and the shoulder mount are the same deer?
Nothing about the horns are similar from the photos.

Man that turned out really nice. How are you able to be assured the sheds are from the same deer you killed ? They don't look very similar, but it may be the angle the picture was taken.

Yep, same deer. Sure about it. They look different because of angles and the way I mis-mounted them. It's hard to get them exact especially bc the wall is in the way!
