Very nice! How long did it take you to do it? Was it pretty hard to do? Wife has been on me about doing one

Sweet. I plan on doing the same in my garage. Good job.

I started prepping for paint about 8am and painted the whole room including the ceiling, then finished the wall about midnight!

A few days prior to Starting I Layed out all the wood in my shop and cleaned the crud out of it, and then sprayed demon max all over it (heavily).

Marked the studs in the existing wall and started putting up pieces of varying lengths.

After that it was just like a puzzle to see what piece of wood would fit or strip it to make fit.

Then cut all trim pieces and put up.

Then a few Bocks in the hot tub! Used the Bocks as ice for the nail hole through my finger, first time I've put a nail in my finger and hopefully the last!!!!

Haha very nice, so sounds like prep work is key.. And of course having bock on ice and not putting a nail through the finger! Looks great though

yea i learned the hard way about finish nail guns. if your finger is too close and there is a nail head or knot in the wood it will cause the nail to deflect off, turn and always go into your finger. Happens so quick that it takes a few seconds to realize what just happened.
