    Power tool battery refeb

I saw a post sometime back about being able to refurbish Ryobi Or DeWalt type batteries that have gone bad. Does anyone remember that post or where to get the batteries to refurbish those types?

The local interstate battery store rebuilt my drill/ saw batteries.

Sorry, there's been a disconnect. Please use the menu options above or below to get to where you want to go.

    Look under services...

google videos on it...both rebuilding and reconditioning

You can get the sub-c batteries and rebuild 'em yourself.
Or Batteries Plus will do it for +/- $60-$70 each
        Here is a start...

        Or
you can try this first...It actually worked for 1 out of three for me.
Apparently they can get "crystals" build up and the arcing gets 'em going again

I thought Batteries Plus was cheaper than that. Thats about what you pay for new ones.
