Kitchen Disposal help

I have a Kitchen Aid disposal that needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if I can switch it out to an Insinkerator brand unit with out having to switch out the mounting plates?

This will be my first time swapping a disposal. It doesn't look too bad. I could go back with a Kitchen Aid, but seems the Insinkerator are good units.
