    Golf Cart Build

I picked up and old EZ-GO cart 1994 GXT-804D, basically a Marathon frame. Looked pretty rough, the wife turned her nose up at it, LOL. I told her just give me a little time. The little 2 cylinder motor was trashed so I ordered a new "big block" from Vegas Carts 460cc single cylinder. I stripped everything off the cart, put a 5" lift kit on it, car shocks front and rear, heavy duty rear springs, 23" tires, 12" rims, light kit, etc. I still need to replace the seat, put a top on it, add a rear fold down seat, winch, bumper, front rack, and what ever else I can think of, but is has come a long way and runs great! I put the old bed back on it for now to haul corn to the feeders and such until I get the back seat / fold down bed built for it.

Nice job. If you decide to sell the old bed let me know. I'm from Lexington also.

Thanks! Good to hear from someone out in our area, I live close to Blue off of CR306. If I decide to get rid of the bed I'll let ya know, it's kind of beat up.
