I'm digging it! Some knives are almost too pretty to use - like a safe queen rifle. This looks like a tool that is meant to be put to work. If I could make one suggestion, I think the next one might have a better balance with a thicker guard. It looks a little thin compared to the beefiness of the rest of the knife. But that's just my opinion - I'd have no problem using it just as it is.

Thanks brother. I actually completely agree with you. I just wanted to try my hand at makin my own and that's as thick as I could find around here. I honestly would be almost offended if I gave someone one of my knives and they never used it lol. I want my knives to be for hard use.

Looks great; Bowies are what started me making knives years ago. I used to collect them and loved them so much I had to start learning how to make them.
