No water tank blinds, but political signs make for a very light blind as compared to plywood walls.

Do a quick search for diy ground blinds or cattle panel blinds. Should be well under 400. I will be making a couple before season

I've got a buddy that made one out of pvc and burlap. It's light and can break down quick.
