If a good file is skating it's harder than 51! Are you sure his tester is set up for C scale?

Took the sample to Bama and he tested it right in the 59-60 range. I'm going to move forward using the recipe and get the 3 knives I've got ready done tomorrow. Thanks for the input. Wish me luck.
