    First Euro Mount Done

    I'm really happy with the way this turned out. More importantly, I learned a lot that will make the process smoother and shorter next time.

    Thanks to everyone who has posted tips and tricks in this sub forum. I read just about all of them.

    Good job. Would not be hard at all to remove the yellowing, if you want to. Just degrease it and rebleach.

        I like it. Personally I prefer a natural look versus totally bleached white.

          Thanks. It came from a deserted barn on the same property where I shot the buck. Thought that was a nice touch.

                Yes, I added brown shoe polish about a year ago. The skull then sat in the garage for a year, so I guess it wore off. It was very dark before, and looked great, but wasn't true to life. Now that it has faded a bit, I like it even better.
