    DIY Bench Build

I haven't done a DIY thread in a good while so I thought I would do one on a little bench build that can easily be done at home and it can be modified to suit your needs, skills or what you have to work with. This one will be all metal with no bending involved but the base and back could easily be replaced with wood slats or metal strips. This one is for the in laws and is a Christmas gift that we finally got the go ahead on the design they wanted It's one of those work on it as time allows deal so it may take a few days to complete. The frame width will be 47"s wide with a seat height of 18"s. The back will be 39's overall and the front arm supports are 24 1/2"s. I just started cutting the frame out so here we go.

It looks like you have got good equipment. That's kindof cheating.
Waiting on the rest of the build.
