Chemical tote hunting blind

Hey folks, just wanted to share a neat little project I put together. I took (2) 275 gal chemical totes, sandwiched them together, cut holes, shot some paint, and vwallah! Total cost for me was was $12.39, since the chem totes were simply left over from spray chemicals I used up.









I got it finished and set out this afternoon. Blends in pretty good in the western Oklahoma cedar trees!

How smooth is the "floor"?

I bet it weighs around 100 lbs, so pretty light. If it wasn't so bulky, I could probably pick it up by myself. The floor is still plastic from the tote lining, so it's super smooth.

Dude that is a cool idea... But I sure pray that you cleaned the chemicals out good !! Some of those chems will kill you... or kill your lungs..
I made a bad azz Hog trap out of two of the old steal framed ones.. did the same as you did with out the totes in them.. Works great too..

I always thought they would make a good pit blind top. Lay yours on its side and cut the bottom out.
