I measured the overall roof dimensions required including the all 4 bent sides and provided to a local fab shop. They sheared the 16ga diamond plate to the overall size and used a metal break for the 3" sides only. Cost from the metal fab shop was around $130.00....Below is picture as received from the metal fab shop. I set it on the roll cage to mark the front and back angles. I then scored the back/bottom side of the roof for the 4" front and 5" back turn-downs which made it easier to bend myself. After the I bent the front and back I welded the corners and smoothed everything up. Finished it by using the Rustoluem Spray can bedliner.

I can provide the overall plate dimensions I used for my Ranger 570 midsize if anyone is interested.

sure thing...I can't attest to its longevity but looks to be a good solid light out of the box..and very bright over 20,000 lumens

How do you like the wetsound stealth bar? Does it have good lows, or is it all highs?

                    Great looking project.

I like it a lot .. It doesn't have real good lows but good mids and highs

I built a similar roof for my ranger last year. You are gonna want to get some windlace to run around the edges. It will save the foreheads of all people in an out when they bump their head.
