Looks good, I have an idea now for building one that will dry boots with a hair dryer.

Very cool. I may build a dryer like that!

I've done one like that and it worked well - until I ran the hairdryer on the warm air setting. It got hot enough to warp the PVC and it all fell to pieces! Cold air from the hairdryer ought to work just fine!

If you use 2 inch pvc you might be able to use a leaf blower to dry out the boots.
