Sorry for the late reply, I just used elec. fence wire and poked the wired though the tarp near the edges. Also zip ties work well.

I ended up adding some thick carpet for the back wall and also the sides. I also put up some black screen over the whole front window and it's almost impossible to see inside now.

Sadly I never ended up hunting this spot during last season just because the deer I wanted were not coming into this set up. I plan to add some more carpet this summer and hopefully I'll kill a deer out of it this coming season.

I been using 5 foot concrete wire and completely blacking them out with black plastic and brushing them in with cedar I got 20 bucks in 2 of them I put a pretty good dome roof on them so I can shoot long bow out of it
