How much vinyl will I need?

Will (3) 4' x 15" sheets be enough to wrap a basic golf cart? An how hard is it?

I did my cart a while back with a kit ordered from golf cart graphics. www.golfcargraphics.com it comes with two 2'x4' sheets. Not sure if this helps but you can get an idea of how much material it takes. I had a piece about 12"x18" left over for any future repairs if necessary.

Awesome I would say the 3 sheets would be enough then but it being 15" an not 25" kinda makes me leery

2 2x4 sheets =2304 square inches

3 4'x15" sheets = 2160 square inches.

Subtract the 12"x18" spare piece (216 square inches) and you need 2124 square inches to cover your cart. That means that if everything is perfect, you will have 36 extra square inches.
