Nice work. Are you putting a roof on the run or do you just shut them up at night?

I'd suggest putting 4- 6 inches of wood shavings on the floor. It will help with cleanup. You can just roll the shavings around every few days.

I change the shavings out monthly and add them to the compost pile.

I cut a hole in the back wall and mounted my nesting boxes on the outside. My wife doesn't have to walk through the shavings and poop to gather her eggs.
