Man I cut a 6" hole - meant to put an adjustable stack on it - haven't made it any further - keep sliding a plate of diamond plate over the hole to adjust the damper. I'll do some investigation at Home Depot this week... Try to come up with something better!

By the way this thing is looking good! I cooked on my Saturday (posted a thread). Brisket turned out awesome!
