    Mini truck upgrade

I really love my Suzuki mini truck but one thing I never liked was the air intake design. Suzuki had the air intake right behind the drivers front tire. On the street that's not to bad, but running around on THD lease, the dust really dirtied up my air filter.

So after some searching and thought I decided to build a snorkel to grab cleaner air. Found the actual sir scoop on amazon and the other parts I made from PVC from Home Depot.

    Here is the end product.

Took about 2 hours to hookup. Taking the truck back to the lease in Christoval Saturday and hope to test it out while filling a few feeders and scouting for turkey's!

Pretty good fix, as long as you don't hit any low branches with it.

I may drop it down a tad to get it even with the lights.

4 wheel drive with a granny gear. It's a running little dude for sure. Has a small 3 cylinder 660cc motor and will run over 50 mph.

I would get it below cab high, Jefe. You'll get a lot of moisture when it rains above the cab like that, not to mention bugs and leaves. I have noticed a lot of ATV guys put and upside down U on top, making a candy cane shape, so nothing falls in it.

                      Nice bumper!

Yep. Dang nice bumper. It needs a matching front bumper! Know any talented fabricators? Or whiskey experts for that matter !

Cool! I would turn the scoop around unless you are going for the ram air effect. Might cut down on what debris/dirt gets sucked in.

Nice! Now I expect the next pics to be fording the river with water over the doors! Do it!
