    DIY Protein/Corn Feeder pic heavy

    Decided to make a big protein feeder that could could be converted to throw corn in August/sept.
    Started with a 500 gal propane tank

    Wanted skids


    Fast forward over to the next day

                            You may want to put a vent or turn down on the top so the moisture can vent out. We didn't at first and the feed got wet from condensation and wound up hard as a brick. After hours of breaking it up we installed a turn down vent and haven't had a problem since.

                            Edit: Sorry I see the turn down now, good idea.

                              Yes it's there I put a 3" 90 pointing down and in the pic it's not there but I have a 36" long piece of pipe that screws into that 90.
