I remember being a kid and my dad and his buddy were building a detached garage at the friends house. They called out a measurement of 13' and Dad said better make it 12' 11 7/8" 13' is bad luck. I don't know why but I've always remembered that.

Anywho, this looks like it is going to be a beast! Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
