    nope, fill the deck up with water....maybe three inches and mark the leaks from the bottom of the hull. This will make or break the deal, never can tell how much one might leak by visual inspection.

        There's a rod called dura fix, that you weld with a mapp gas torch. Look it up on you tube
        The welded metal is stronger than the base metal
