Fire pit / Steak Grill

Decided to build a fire pit / steak Grill

Got an old dump truck rim from a buddy that was using it as a fire pit here is a few pic's of progress

Drill stem cut for legs

started the grill with adjustable height

Finished the swivel grill

Decided to make some shelves for it
To set my beer on while cooking
Used old rebar for the frame with expanded on top

Got me welded on

Finished with High Heat BBQ Paint


Added a 3 hole air intake in the bottom with a damper



Complete
Next pictures will be at the lease, loaded with rib-eyes and hot mesquite fire!!!

Bro that is awesome!!! You got some skill. I see you have 2 gratings inside wheel, do they serve 2 purposes? One for wood the other charcoal? I like that setup alot.

Is there sufficient room from the shelf to cooking surface that when its opened it doesn't hit ones drink of choice?
