How does that door work from the inside. I cannot see any handles or locks from the inside. I am sure you thought of this already but can you elaborate on how the door works from the inside......

Post #5 3rd pic. You can kind of see the inside handle. There is a lock that keeps that handle in place during normal operations, but if you need it the lock will come off and that handle will operate the stainless bolt lugs that latch the door. ( even if the combo dial is locked)

About 4,500 for materials. The door was the biggest cost. It was 2,800 shipped to my door. I feel its a great price due to my big Liberty safe that only realistically holds 40 scoped guns cost 4k and I can't walk in it.
