He does me as well Larry. Quit is not in his vocabulary - unless it his him telling me to quit something stupid I am doing. He can then use the word with quickness

Its been a while since last update, but we have gotten some more done over the last few weekends.

Ran the wiring. Did two drop-ins for lights in the front room and one in the back room. Also ran the wire for outlets throughout.

Wall insulation in the front room. This is the 3 inch vinyl and foil backed insulation generally used in metal buildings. We installed it in reverse, which provided insulation as well as a sealant from drafts and moisture entering through the siding joints.

Starting with the beaded panel wainscot. We were gonna use beaded pine slats, but decided to go ahead and use the beaded panels. A lot easier, and in the end, it will have the same look.

Nothing to do with building here, just a few pics of the bluebonnets and dewberries. The blue bonnets are all on the trail leading to, and the dewberries are all around the cabin. Things are really starting to green up around the place. Can't wait to stick a fork in some good ol' dewberry cobbler.

....and just a quick question...now that we are dried-in on the primary structure as far as the exterior goes, is there much interest in my posting of what we do as we move along with the interior?
