outside hinge area boxed & gusseted. I'm afraid the weak link is the inside. Not sure what I'm going to do about that.

3/8" x2" rails/ trusses for the arms/pipes. Feeling more confident in it not bending now.
Using 3000 psi cylinder, 2.5" bore, 10" stroke. Online calculator puts it at just under 15,000 lbs of force.
