Got my smokehouse built today. Its 4x6x8ft tall. Built it out of old baseball signs I got from my dad. I even reused my Dad's door from his smoker. I can taste the sausage already
I have a metal barrel that was cut in 1/3 that holds wood. Direct heat, I know it smokes well because its an exact replica of my dad's. Dampers on the top front and bottom rear.
