    Hose hangers

I was doing some spring yardwork and decided it was time to get the hoses out of the garden and hung up. Had a bunch of horseshoes in the garage, and 10 minutes later I had 2 of these on the walls.

Somehow I broke 3 titanium drill bits trying to do the mounting holes, so I gave up and used the plasma cutter to pierce holes. They weren't as pretty, but I didn't care.

Nice work. Any pictures of the holder with the hose out of the way?

if you try drilling through the holes of a horse shoe do it from the flat side. which would be the part tha goes against the hoof of the horse.
The holes are oblong since a horseshoe nail is rectangular and they are very easy to catch and snap a bit.

And i think there hardened anyways which was prolly the problem but i could be wrong.

        Looks very good though!

I didn't drill through any of the preexisting holes, so that wasn't the problem. I think it was the hardening, but the plasma cutter made short work.

I'll go take a picture without the hose.

            Nice. Great idea.

Did you use lead anchors to bolt them into the bricks after using a masonry drill?

I just used masonry screws after a carbide masonry bit for mounting
