hmm i would try heating em up with a heat gun or blow dryer

it justs depends on what kind of glue they use

if it were me i would call matthews first, and ask

Should have just a dab of black glue on the spine(back side). Use a small thin screwdriver and insert carefully from the bottom of the handle. The backside where your palm sets, lift up gently to break the glue hold. Then start with yor hands working the handle out equally top and bottom rocking back and forth will slide it off.
You might be surprised how easy it is. Good luck!

When I replaced the grip on my Mathews I did like Jesse described after heating with a hair dryer - I was surprised how easily it came off.

What Jessee said has worked on numerous Mathews grips for me.
