King Bed Frame

Here is a king sized bed frame I built. Learned quite a few things along the way to improve craftsmanship. See unfinished and finished product. Wish I had taken pictures along the way. Used vinegar and steel wool to create weathered look on wood.

That's about what I did at our lake house; but I cheated, used an old head board.

I have 4 2x4s as the cross members and one 2x6. Thought about putting a cross brace where the two box springs come into play but it hasn't been a problem thus far
