Two man ladder stand rebuild with small mod!!

Went to the lease today to pull down my old ladder stand that's been up for about 5 years now. Wood was rotted out on the back rest and seat. Took everything off of it, put a little paint and new wood. I used the camo and foam from the seat to build the new back rest. Used an old couch cushion from an old travel trailer couch as the seat. Pulled the foam, stapled everything in place reinstalled foam. Spray painted over the couch cushion to tone down the 70's bright flower power print. Lol Did away with the accessory net at the bottom and boxed it in with plywood paneling. It's only about 10 lbs heavier, not too bad.

You got skilz! That seat looks comfy. I'm wondering if it will soak up water every time it rains. If so, you may get a nice surprise when you plop down.

The thick plastic they use in mexican restaurants to cover tables is awesome for covering seats, Its quiet and hold up to the sun well. Shower curtains work too, but all of them seem to be loud on the seat.

A guy I work with has waterproof camo I'm going to wrap it with later on but yes it's comfy. It will be completely draped in camo net when it goes back out. Just ran out of material.
