    Roping dummy

My son has been after me to build him a roping dummy. I have built the pvc ones and they just break those. I decided to build him one that if they decide to ride it will be fine. This thing did not cost any thing it was built out of scrape from my dog kennels and the head was one that was broken.

Cool deal. I spent hundreds of hours roping hay bale dummies when I was younger.

Thats why I built this he keeps ruining hay bales by leaving them out in the rain and such and they cost to much now.

LOL, you are right. When I was a kid, you could use a bunch of hay bales to make the cost of a metal roping dummy. At 8-10 dollars a bale, that is not the case anymore!
        Nice work!

plastic 55 gal barrel, a jig saw and some self-tapping screw should work pretty good....

Thats a great idea never thought of that I was thinking like plastic shower surround that they glue to walls. The drum will be cheaper since I allready have one.
