Spoken & Winnman, I welded some forks onto the bucket of my tractor and it lifted it up to 8.5' when level. So I cut the 4x4 legs to 8', lifted the blind with the tractor and put the legs and braces on right there on the spot. Good to go
BIZ, I don't see how YOU in ANYTHING could improve it!

Then, with a few guys, stand it up. I thinks it's too heavy with all 2x4's to do that. IF you could lift it the weight at an angle might make the legs buckle.
