My two cents... done it before, but boiling is awesome if you do it immediately.... you don't even have to skin it, when I say immediate I mean the day you shoot it, and it smells wonderful, just like you're making stew... the meat/skin falls off the bone.... letting the head rot then boiling is dumb, done that before too,lol.
