Any ideas on a cheap turkey decoy?

With the spring right around the corner, I thought I'd pick the brains of TBH's DIY geniuses for ideas. I know you can get some inflatable ones for around $25 (plus shipping), but it's so much cooler when you make it yourself. Any ideas?

Start with a balloon and blow it up Then get some old news paper and Elmer's glue mixed with water. Then... never mind....thats how to do a piñata.

just use a turkey fan from a previously killed turkey.....
