    Land Owners in Arkansas

I was wondering if anyone on this site owns land in Arkansas or has ever considered buying land in Arkansas. Obviously you wouldnt be able to go to it as often but it sure seems a lot cheaper than land here in Texas.

I have 400 cutover acres on the Arkansas/Texas line. Texas side.
Difficult access, mediocre deer, great ducks, a few turkeys, almost no hogs.
Bought in pieces - averaged around $350 per acre.

i own land in North Central Arkansas, in the high country. Covered in deer and turkey. I paid 1500 an acre but it has electric service and water well.

My parents own 200 acres in north east Arkansas, lots of deer and turkey and an occasional bear but no season for bear. Dad leases the hunting for $1000 a year I think? Land buts up to land owned by a bank on one side, and this is where most of the game stays as it is all covered in scrub oak and briar's, I never failed to get my deer when I was living there. has places for trailers with electric and water. Also has 10 tanks on the place. great place to hunt and fish.
