        is it .177 pellet proof? That's the problem with store bought feeders.
        1) plastic tree rats chew 'em up
        2) pellets crack 'em

          First a great feed trough then a quality hand made feeder then a set o stacks.....now a bird feeder! Seems like you found your niche!

              looks awesome but you might consider replacing that rope with a chain or cable. I had a 5 gallon bucket feeder hanging like that with a brand new $60 timer. It got destroyed after falling 10 feet with a bucket full of corn on it. The tree rats chewed it down in about 2 days!

                      The cool thing is that our cat (the only one I have ever talked baby talk to) was stalking it this morning. Had 2 birds on the tray and he snuck up the back side of the tree and almost got one
