    Dodge running boards

    Well finally got tired of climbing up in my blue mule so I broke down and made some running boards for her! I couldn't find any I liked so two 2" ID pipes and some expanded metal I'll have them by manada

    The rough examination...

    The final pipe layout. I'm going to have 10"X8' expanded metal strips on top for grip and a place to put my foot on

              They always are but it's for the best, they can screw up a steel ball bearing with a toothpick

              Got expanded metal on both, just waiting on band saw blades to finish cutting 1" rebar for a support on the inside edge of the board.

                    Did you put boot scrapper? Look good. Like expanded metal vs. plate....cleans itself out!

                      No I thought about it but figured it be a brush catcher. Toe tapping a 2" pipe will do to get the muck off
