Cut the top and bottom off for fire pits or chop it and build a smoker

With a smoker that size, you could smoke any animal.

Cut the top and bottom off and use as fire pits, THEN scrap the rest of it.

Even if you don't want or need the fire pits the rounded ends (heads) are worth a couple hundred each to somebody that does.

Where are you located? I'd buy 6' of it to build a smoker!

put some legs on it for a heavy duty deer feeder.

How much for 6 feet... I could make a roller out of it for the hay fields...

Cut me a 2 foot piece off it to start my fire pit.

17' is a big separator. You could builld two fire pits, a smoke and have left overs to sell for scrap

have it tested for NORM before you use it to make a cooker

never know how high the levels might be if it's very old

probably nothing to worry about, but you may be glad you did if they find something bad.
