    Walk in cooler ideas

So I’m wanting to either have a small walk in cooler to hang deer. Doesn’t need to be big, just enough to hold a deer or 2. Post up what y’all got and how to

No pics on me but find a used convenience store drink cooler. I've seen them in a few camps / shops and they work great to hang 2-3 deer that are quartered up.

Craig's list is a great place to look for one.

Never thought about that. I have a spare fridge we used as a cold smoker… how cold should it be to hang meat?

I would set it 30- 34 degrees. 30 when hanging meat and 34 when you are using it for drinks.

Build a small building, put thick insulation on the inside and install a 110 small AC. Set it as low as it will go. i

Have a Coolbot cooler on the ranch we work for. Put it in 2015 and has worked great so far.
It is a 4x10 ft walk in built on the backside of the barn. Tin outside and inside, fiberglass insulation between the framing, foam would be better down there.
He put a rail for hanging and it is about 8 ft tall I think, inside not the rail.
We've had 3 elk and 2 mule deer bucks at one time in it no issues keeping cool.
My rear elk quarters are hanging up there right now.
They make a bluetooth model that can be monitored on the internet.

What is this Coolbot thing everyone keeps talking about? Does it control a regular window AC unit?
