    I finished a project!

I am pretty much famous for starting a project and not finishing it...I can think of a few I even mentioned here and didn't ever follow up or finish. Life gets busy. But I finished this one!!!

Hard Maple end grain butcher block with figured maple inlay, and the World Series Champion Texas Rangers logo in Sapele and Bloodwood end grain. Hand routed!

Thanks everyone! Many briskets will be chopped and sliced up on this.

Let me see about the durability on this one first. While end grain is the highest quality and most durable, I learned after making this that mixing end grain and face grain isn't the best due to wood expansion in opposing directions. Not saying no, but I want to see how this plays out after getting wet and drying a few times. Might consider alternative designs also.
