Had a receiver hitch rack that I used to carry a Jon boat on for duck hunting that I repurposed into a crane to load game in the truck. Found some round stock that my dad had and some flat bar for bracing. Got it built today and only had to buy the winch and U bolts. Took the basket off the thin square tubing and added it to the thick square tubing. Also added more bracing to the basket.
