Exterior door glass replacement

Our back door has a glass insert that is double paned
and one side is shattered. Roughly 24x48

I can do rougher projects, but not a patient or detail guy.
I could get a new door, but this door is “new” and painted.

Anyone ever replaced this insert portion? Any advice?

is it the type that is sandwiched between a plastic frame on both sides? If so, you can find the glass and the frame online at several places like diydoorstore or pease doors. I just replaced a bunch of those frames with a different style and bought from them.
