    500 gallon sprayer redo

I picked this up for a decent price and decided to redo all lines, fitting, controller, etc. It has a good working Contential Belton gear pump, Click image for larger version Name:	sprayer 3.jpg Views:	0 Size:	737.7 KB ID:	26716782 Click image for larger version Name:	sprayer 2.jpg Views:	0 Size:	338.2 KB ID:	26716783

      Updates?

I buy my sprayer parts from https://www.spraypartswarehouse.com/. Uber cheap compared to any store in our area.

I am getting all the parts together. I am adding a hand sprayer, making a fence line sprayer on the back. and adding a drain hole.

I am replacing all parts except the pump and the boomless sprayer. I should be able to start this weekened.

I never realized how many parts are on a sprayer. I took each section, made a list. then shopped on line, the coop, and centerville hardware.

I was going to keep but decided to sell. I just do not need anything that big. Pretty much already have it sold.

I have been watching the auctions for a 200-300 gallon sprayer and they are either tore all up or too high in price. I bid on one at the Anton auction and it sold for 7000.00🙄, people seem to lose their minds at an auction.

Omstalled 2 new bulkhead fitting to replace to old one's and made a new one for a drain. I got the controller set up. The 4 hose fitting are for boomless nozzle, agitator, pressure overflow, and hose sprayer line.
