Sides are 1x12. Front is cardboard covered with Tyvek. Back is quarter ply. Stuffed it with about 200 corn bags and some plastic sheeting. Dimension is about 4' by 4'. Total cost was $44 in lumber. The rest I had on hand.
Built one very similar but front and back are a cheap silver tarp from Harbor Freight with an outside covering of nylon 2" netting. Stuffed mine with shrink wrap I collected from along the roads, at HD, and the local feed store.
